Course Information:
Self-awareness can help children become less emotionally reactive and develop greater resilience. Awareness of self and others are skills that children can be taught. Students benefit from taking another’s perspective, developing empathy, and practicing gratitude. This training describes the learning benefits that come when students develop and practice self-awareness and awareness of others.
