Course Information
It’s hard for children to understand when they are not in control of their emotions - or “dysregulated.” It’s important to give children the tools necessary to manage reactions and calm themselves. There is a connection between this ability to self-regulate and brain maturation, and this training explores strategies for helping students return to a regulated state.
